Picking Up the Media Press Pass
Press passes can be picked up from 12:00 on July 15, 2011, at the Media Accreditation counter at the main entrance of the festival site upon presentation of identification (passport, driver's license, official national press pass, etc.) Please let us know in advance if you are arriving earlier or only on July 16 so we can arrange how you will get your media pass.

Loss of badges
The loss of an accreditation badge must be reported to the Festival Press office immediately; replacement badge is subject to availability.

Access authorisations
Accredited journalists of Print/Online/TV/Radio/Web TV
Your accreditation as a journalist is valid for all open festival sections and for the press conferences. You will receive further information about access authorisations when you pick up your badge.

Accredited Photographers/Cameraman/Radio technicians
Accreditation for press photographers, cameramen and radio technicians allows access to all open festival sections and to the press conferences but there are certain photography, filming and sound recording restrictions during live performances. You will receive further particulars about work permits during festival when you pick up your badge. Photographers’ positions during performances on the main stages will be assigned by the Press office.

Press conferences
Photographs may only be taken by authorised photographers.
TV, film, digital and video recordings may only be made by accredited TV press.
You will receive further information about any restrictions before the press conference.

A breach of these rules and guidelines can lead to confiscation of accreditation and immediate exclusion from the event. If you have any questions, please contact Festival Press office.
