REGULATIONS
Purchasing the entry ticket only entitles you to enter the event if you accept the rules and regulations of Positivus Festival.
FESTIVAL TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
The festival site will be open to festival goers from 20th July noon until 22th July 6:00AM. (Times subject to change, please check back for updates.)
One day tickets are valid either for 20th July 12:00 noon till 21th July 8:00AM, or for 21th July 08:00AM till the end of the festival. (Times subject to change, please check back for updates.)
Festival pass (either one or two-day tickets) bought in advance will be exchanged for a wristband on entry. You are allowed to enter, cross and/or stay on the Festival site either on foot or in a motorised vehicle only if you possess a valid Festival ticket (I.E. are wearing a valid Festival wristband).
You must wear the wristband on your wrist at all times during the festival. It will be checked by the organisers and security on entry and exit and also throughout the Positivus Festival site on a regular basis. If you leave the Festival site you can only return to it with a valid wrist band (intact and around your wrist).
If your wristband becomes invalid and you do not buy another one, you will be obliged to leave Positivus Festival site. The entry wristband cannot be transferred to another person.
A wristband counts as a valid entry pass only if it is worn on the wrist. Wristbands that are damaged (glued, cut, with a patent undone, broader than the hand) are INVALID. Ticket forgers and those participating in forging will be prosecuted. Damaged and lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Visitors aged under 14 can only enter the event with adult supervision (children aged 10 and under can enter free of charge).
Ticket forgers and those participating in forging will be prosecuted. Persons caught in possession of or trying to sell forged tickets and/or wristbands and who are suspected of doing so, will be handed over to authorities according to Criminal law.
Any driving of motorised vehicles on the Festival site is forbidden from 8:00 AM on July 20th until the end of the Festival on 8:00 AM on July 22th. During the event, vendors who have obtained permission to operate during the Festival or who are allowed to cross the territory of the Festival site can drive to their vendor spot to restock only on July 16th between 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM. In any other period of time and to any other subjects (I. E., people who are not vendors) the driving of motorised vehicles through the territory of the Festival site is permitted only by a special written permission by the organisers of the festival.
In the Festival site you can:
- attend all the concerts and events in all festival zones accessible to the festival goers (except special zones);
- bring and use non-professional photo and film cameras (without changeable lenses).
It is forbidden to bring the following onto the Festival site:
- professional photo and film cameras;
- umbrellas;
- weapons, explosives etc.
- narcotics;
- pets (dogs, cats, etc.);
- food products, alcoholic drinks, as well as non–alcoholic drinks;
- oversized objects;
- other objects endangering public safety (glass objects, striking and cutting devices etc.)
Items that are forbidden and therefore confiscated by the organisers or security will be destroyed and will not be returned or refunded.
Strictly forbidden in the Festival site:
- open fires (including and not restricted to candle lights, oil lamps etc.);
- the consumption, possession and sale of narcotics;
- bring pets;
- any commercial or advertising activities without the written permission of the organisers;
- filming and recording of programmes without the written permission of the organisers;
- purchasing of alcohol or cigarettes by persons under the age of 18;
- intoxication by alcohol or any other means;
- endangering the safety of other festival goers.
Festival goers can be subjected to filming.
Festival goers can be subject to searches (including personal belongings and documents).
FESTIVAL CAMPING
You can enter the festival campsite only with the festival camping ticket and a valid festival wristband. Camping tickets will be exchanged for a camping wristband on entry.
Everyone entering the festival campsite must have two valid wristbands – valid festival wristband and valid festival camping wristband.
The festival camping wristband cannot be transferred to another person. A camping wristband counts as a valid entry pass for the campsite only if it is worn on the wrist.
Wristbands that are damaged (glued, cut, with a patent undone, broader than the hand) are INVALID. Ticket forgers and those participating in forging will be prosecuted.
The festival campsite will be open from 17:00 on July 19th till 15:00 on July 22th. (Times subject to change, please check back for updates).
Strictly forbidden in the Festival campsite:
- open fires (including and not restricted to candle lights, oil lamps etc.);
- the consumption, possession and sale of narcotics;
- pets (dogs, cats, etc.);
- any commercial or advertising activities without the written permission of the organisers;
- endangering the safety of other festival goers;
- any motorised vehicle.
The organisers take no responsibility for:
- possible damages to persons or valuables;
- damaged or lost belongings (we suggest therefore that you do not bring expensive or irreplaceable items to the Festival site or the Festival campsite);
- the quality of the food, drinks etc. sold or the services provided in Festival site; the full responsibility for this is taken by the service provider.
The Festival will not be cancelled due to bad weather conditions and the unused tickets will not be compensated.
The festival organisers have the right to change the festival programme without any special or prior warning.
The festival organisers have the right to refuse entry to the festival site or the festival campsite to any person whose behaviour could endanger other visitors or cause any other inconvenience.
Visitors are strongly asked to be environmentally aware and not to drop any litter. We ask that you take care of yourselves and each other. Let's keep the festival green!
